As a member of McKinsey's Operations Extranet, you will receive a weekly update to keep you informed about the key operations management topics covered on the Extranet.

Problems with spam and junk mail is an issue increasingly affecting many of our users. So to ensure that you continue to properly receive valuable information and/or any relevant e-mail responses from us, we suggest that you do one of the following:

1. Add the domain "operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" to your e-mail "safe list" or "white list".  If you cannot add entire domains, you can simply add the individual addresses we use to send you e-mails from McKinsey's Operations Extranet: "newsletter@operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" for the weekly newsletter, "admin@operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" for any other communication (such as password reminders, etc.).
2. If your settings don't allow you to add e-mail addresses to a "safe list", consult your e-mail client's Help section or contact your e-mail provider's Customer Support to help with your configuration options.
3. Check your "bulk", "junk", or "spam" folder for e-mails from McKinsey's Operations Extranet or disable your e-mail filtering or anti-spam software, especially when you are expecting an e-mail from us (e.g., after you have requested a password reminder).
