McKinsey founded its Operations Practice in 1997 to meet the need for highly tailored solutions across all areas of operations. Our consultants assist clients in achieving superior operations that bring positive, lasting and substantial improvements to overall business performance. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, we develop and define operational strategies to help our clients around the world solve their most critical problems in product development, purchasing and supplier management, supply chain management, manufacturing and service operations.
