Christoph Lennartz is a consultant in McKinsey’s Munich office, where he is a member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) service line. Since joining in 2014, he has worked on all supply chain management elements, from strategic (value chain redesign) to operational (lean warehousing and planning processes) in industries including automotive, chemicals, logistics services, pharmaceuticals, and retail. A graduate of McKinsey’s Operations Excellence Program, Christoph is currently conducting his PhD in Supply Chain Management, focusing on the success factors for digital SCM transformations.
