John is based in our Calgary office and leads our Organization Practice's transformational change work for the Americas. He has extensive experience serving oil and gas, chemical, and basic materials companies, with a focus on overall operations and organizational performance transformation. He has worked in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
John has led or participated in more than 20 operations and maintenance transformations, in a variety of industries, since joining the firm in 2004. He is a graduate of McKinsey’s Lean Operations Academy. Before joining the firm, John managed strategic improvement and business development projects at Bombardier Aerospace, where he was a Six Sigma Black Belt.
