Ensuring that you receive important email communications from McKinsey's Operations Extranet

Problems with spam and junk mail is an issue increasingly affecting many of our users. To ensure that you receive all relevant email communications – especially those regarding your account confirmation status – from us, we suggest that you do one of the following:

  • Add the domain "operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" to your email "safe list" or "white list". If you cannot add entire domains, you can simply add the individual addresses we use to send you emails from McKinsey's Extranet: "newsletter@operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" for the weekly newsletter, "admin@operations-extranet.mckinsey.com" for any other communication (such as password reminders, etc.).
  • If your settings don't allow you to add email addresses to a "safe list", consult your email client's Help section or contact your email provider's Customer Support to help with your configuration options.
  • Check your "bulk", "junk", or "spam" folder for emails from McKinsey's Operations Extranet or disable your email filtering or anti-spam software, especially when you are expecting an email from us (e.g., after you have requested a password reminder).
